Hi, I’m Christena Mill, and my passion for fitness was born out of my own transformation. Nearly two decades ago, I found myself at 32% body fat with poor eating habits. I knew something had to change.

With the guidance of a personal trainer, I lost 20 pounds, improved my health, and completely changed my outlook on life. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others achieve the same.

Now, as the owner of CM Fitness TX, I bring over 18 years of experience to helping people like you transform their lives. Whether it’s building strength, losing weight, or mastering performance, I create personalized programs designed to meet your unique needs.
